1. download flash files
2. insert the files correctly
3. press firmware button on z3x
4. connect phone pressing volume down key with usb cable
5. wait for flash complete
After full flash:
connect phone with USB cable to other ports on your computer
when connect the phone must be on check the com port window on z3x and select the port where you connect the phone
select it
then press the direct unlock on z3x
If You Still can't remove Lock Give your Query on comment
