Step To reset:


  • Go to menu

  • Now Go to  Option

  • In option Menu Select Security

·      Menu>>Option>>Security>>Security wipe

  • Now type Blackberry And Click ON wipe data

  • Phone will be wipe data and Reboot

You phone is reset now
